lately i havnt been able to goto sleep
is there anything i can do besides taking sleeping pills to goto sleep?

U should wake up early, exercise in the morning, eat hours before bed, eat snack if you don't want to go bed hungry, don't work out at night because your muscle might become sore during sleep. you want to reach the REM (rapid eye movement) stage when resting.
